RESIDENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

* General cleaning of personal space including kitchen, laundry room, and common area after use.

* Must attend their assigned daily meetings

* Will undergo 2 drug tests per week

* Will be subject to random searches of residents private areas

* House will hold mandatory weekly meeting

* House will have a 9:00 pm curfew, quiet time hours and wake-up hours.

* Residents beds are to be made daily within an hour of waking up 

* Residents will not discuss anything pertaining to the house or other residents with those in the neighborhood

* Residents will be required to respect other residents privacy and space

* Males 35 years or older

* Drug and alcohol free for a minimum of 1 week (7 days)

* Must agree to be interviewed by in-house LMSW

* Financial Requirements $1,250-$3,000 (depending on private or semi private room selection)

* Must have completed inpatient drug or alcohol treatment

* Must provide emergency contact with consent for house staff to notify in case of emergency

* Must agree to personal property search upon arrival and deemed to be house and program appropriate
