RATES

* The fee for residence at SERENE PLACE is $1,300.00 per month, per bed, which includes some breakfast items, daily dinners and Wi-Fi. 

*  Participants have semi-private rooms. 

* A one-time Administration fee of $500.00 is required upon application. This fee covers application processing, provision of towels, bed linen and toiletries.

* Payment of the Administration fee will hold a Participant’s space for 10 days only
